At our hotel we want to offer you a few days of relaxation, tranquility and good food in an unbeatable environment. We want to show you -as we have done for generations to our visitors- the values and the essence of the Andorran tradition, in one of its huts. For this, we have completely renovated it with a decoration based on simplicity and the use of noble materials from the environment with the highest levels of comfort, warmth and commitment to the environment.
Our rooms are all different, but in all of them you will find a warm and sober space, a haven of peace and comfort.

RESTAURANT

At Les Pardines Restaurant we have the good hand and experience of chef Oriol Rovira -the gastronomic soul of Els Casals, awarded with a Michelin star. With his team, Les Pardines 1819 offers you honest and elaborate market cuisine, Mediterranean-style, with influences from both sides of the Pyrenees. All based on our own high-quality local products, treated with the respect they deserve, to enjoy them to the fullest according to the different seasons of the year.
Cal Rovira and Cal Ginota have decided to walk together to implement in Les Pardines 1819 the peculiar mantra of Els Casals “closing circles”. Two families with deep roots in their territories, in their respective farmhouses and huts, but with the same way of seeing the hotel industry: trying to be self-sufficient to offer their guests the products of the land directly on the plate.

WELLNESS & BEAUTY

The ground floor of the borda, a space that the cattle stables have occupied for 200 years, today houses the reception and the Wellness area. An oasis of relaxation and privacy that will shelter you during the cold winter nights.
Water is the main protagonist of this area. Through it you can enjoy the wellness circuit and give your body any of our treatments and massages based on natural products without parabens.
