<p><span>As part of the complex, The Martinez Apartments are located just around the corner from the main building (The Gabarda). We have 13 spacious apartments distributed over three floors (without a lift). Each one has a private balcony, and fully equipped kitchenette to enjoy a holiday in both Summer or Winter. In this building is the second swimming pool of the complex which all our guests are welcome to enjoy.</span></p>

Martinez Apartments

<p><span>The building is located &nbsp;next door to the Hotel Gabarda. It consists of 25 rooms spread over three floors without a lift, the categories of which are single room, standard double room and standard triple room. All rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, private bathrooms and balconies, mini fridge and free wifi. The HR GIL building is open 12 months of the year.</span></p>

<p><span><span>The Hotel Gabarda is the main building of the complex, constitutes 30 rooms of two categories; Superior Rooms and Premium. The building has three floors without a lift. All rooms have air conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite, a mini fridge, a private bathroom and private balcony and free unlimited WIFI. Hotel Gabarda is where you will find the main services of the complex; the reception, the rental service of safes, the bar open from 8am till 2am, the snack bar where breakfast is served during the Summer season and one of the two swimming pools. Hotel Gabarda will be closed during the Winter season. (From November to mid &ndash; April).</span></span></p>

Hotel Gabarda

<p><span>Located just 100 meters from the main building (The Gabarda) we have our Naika Studios &amp; Apartments. Distributed over three floors (without a lift), this building is open in both the Summer and Winter season. It has 3 apartments with the same characteristics as the Martinez Apartments and 8 studios which have a fully equipped Kitchenette, private bathroom with shower and a private balcony. These studios are perfect accommodation to enjoy a few days on the island.</span></p>
